i loved her from the day i saw her and finally proposed after 2yrs.i don't know why she refused she just told me that she already got bf i was very sad and confused but life still goes on and now i just pass my time thinking about her i really love her very much and can wait for all my life for her wish she was mine.Just needed help that how can i forget her.LOVE HER VERY MUCH...........

Get a grip. You're way out of line saying you have these feelings for a girl that isn't even with you - ridiculous!! THAT is why she refused. I think you may be in need of some counselling.

If you are sure that she is the one and you have no doubt go for it. How? you are the one that can see that better than we do, you know her, her friends etc so just be a men stand up and take her home with you. be smart but do not be strange do simple and romantic things. Simple things always have great impact on ladies. After a while you will see the way to talk to her and tell her how much you love her but do not do crazy things.

We're in the same boat. My ex of four years and I broke up a year and six months ago, and up to now i still love him very much and i can't get him off my mind. His pictures are still in my iPod..i always listen to the songs we used to love..i still visit his cousins who are very close to me. Obviously, i haven't moved on yet. Sometimes become bitter and i want to curse love. I mean, you get that feeling that you gave everything yet your everything still isn't enough to make him stay. You tried to be perfect but still you're trying in vain. It's really hard, and you get the big phobia of falling in love again and risk getting hurt again.
My advice..? deal with it...have you heard of the saying that time heals all wounds...?
1.) throw away all her mementos, photos, and eveything that reminds you of her.
2.) Spend more time with your friends and family.
3.) Keep yourself busy.
4.)Avoid listening to mellow music, esp. the songs both of you loved to listen to,
5.) Keep a list of all the bad things she did to you and tack them next to your bed.
6.) Sever all of your communications with her.
7.) Avoid seeing her.
8.)Avoid the places she frequents.
9.)Convince yourself that you don't deserve her.
Remember this:
GOD TAKES AWAY WHEN HE HAS SOMETHING BETTER TO GIVE.

I can say you should look after your self and come out of this hang over as soon as possible. Keep loking forward and if she is yours she will come back God will give you a chance again.

Give her time,sometimes girls say no because they are confused.I did it because i didn't want to lose the friendship of this guy and latter i repented.Now he is angry and we are both alone...
