hi friends i want to buy new car. My budget id max 4.5lacs. So plz suggest me which one should i go for?

One that you can AFFORD and one that fits you and your lifestyle. Remember if you go for a very brand new car, it will depreciate greatly the second you drive off the lot. Try looking on ones that have 10,000 - 20,000 miles on them. They are new enough to have a factory warranty on them and they won't depreciate so fast.
