I had this really gud frend of mine.I did have a crush on him, bt i told him i liked his frend, and three days later he (that is my gud frend) asks me out. We date for 5 months, and break up because his parents found out.
I want my frend back, we promised each other we wil be frends, but its difficult to even make eye contact.
I dnt kno if he still likes me, but i still have feelings for him which i guess i can get rid of if we at least talk.
But i dnt kno wt his feelings are. i dnt think he hates me, coz he did go through the trouble to come online, just to say hi to me(i kno w cz he told me so)
I wanna talk to him like i used to, bt i dnt kno how i can.Wen evr i see him i keep lookin at him, till he looks, i look down then. He never ceases to amaze me.
He is leaves school in two months time. Before that i want to do something, so that we will get back to being the earlier frends.

ummmm i think its real hard to go back to being friends with someone when you have been more than that ie in a relationship,it might work for many but ive personally never "crossed" that line with any of my closest friends,to be honest ive had a few surprise me with the idea of taking it further but i can honestly say ive never thought of anything beyond a brother/sister like closeness,but then again i think on the other hand you need a good solid friendship to make a good relationship,it all comes down to the people involved,communication is always the best way,try talk get his opinion,never regret!!!

Well theres not much I can tell you. You need to go and talk to him, forget about looking at him and staying away. If you were good friends before it should be easy, you used to feel good around each other. Talk to him, tell him how much your freindship means to you. Go to a calm place and talk, about what happend and how you want it to be from now on.... Good Luck!!!
