Well the first thing that always comes to people's mind is to cheat back, because at the moment it feels good, but later you will regret it. But I think the best thing to do is confront them and leave them but with no excuses. Just say you cheat, you are gone. Like if you can turn off the switch. Because if the person really loves you or likes you a lot it will have to beg. The punishment will be begging to have you back... That's what I think, and I will be honest, that happend to me and I cheated back. But now since I have been alone for a long time I learn that, begging is the worst...

In the military, adultery is punished by a prison sentence. For those in the armed forces, cheating on your spouse is an actual offense that you can be tried and convicted of. Unfortunately, when I was in the service, I didn't notice that deterring anyone from cheating.

Honestly, how can you truely punish someone when they don't think what they did was wrong? A lot of people who cheat may say that it's wrong and their sorry but if that was really the case they wouldn't have done it in the first place. They don't honestly think it was really the wrong thing to do - they are only giving you lip service.

Cheating back only puts you as low as them. You know how much it hurts and you are trying to inflict that same pain onto them. You are just as guilty as they are, in fact in some ways worse. You are trying to make them suffer.

Once a cheater always a cheater. The only real solution is to leave them. Forcing them to beg to have you back is the same as cheating on them - you are trying to inflict pain on them. And in the end, you won't feel very good about it.

How bout prison, LOL. funny that you ask this question, cause i posted one question about a law that is being considered in my state that would impose a minimum mandatory 5 year prison term for the persons caught and convicted of adultery in a marriage. it's really harsh i think.

However, what i did when i caught my 1st wife of 8 years, cheating with several of my co-worker's is one night when she was very drunk, incapable of standing even, i stripped her naked carried her out to my pickup truck, tied her up with her leg's spread on the tail gate, then drove her down to main street and parked her in a parking lot facing the street.

Then went across the street and just stood as people gathered around her and laughed at that rotten crot ched wh ore. That was back in 1987 and people still talk about her and what she is to this day.

I was cited for creating a public nuisance and had to pay a fine of $299 bucks but i think it was worth it.

Dump them. The loss of the relationship is punishment enough.

Abstinence! Cut him Off! Love isn't something that just has two people slamming their Bodies together. It's an Emotion of Trust. That is never around. If some betrays that Emotion. No trust? No Love. Then you shouldn't even be around the ungrateful Moron, in the first place!

And yet... not too many months when I separated him from my existence, i decide on right into a bar i ought to not in any respect been in before. there grow to be a guy sitting there observing a hockey sport and ingesting a lager. We wound up speaking for extremely a lengthy time period. We left there and went to have a bite to devour. We talked about one yet another casually some cases. The pain of realizing how badly they hurt someone they pledged to love and stand by should be enough, for any mature, thinking person.
