i know my weakness of having less concentration power ,but yet i cannot overcome it? plz,suggest something?

put your mind in right direction
then c changes.

Smoking gives you nicotine which is a stimulant - it will make you jittery and NOT able to concentrate. For smokers a smoke may seem to help concentration, because when you're addicted you can't concentrate on anything else unless you've had a 'fix'. So for a smoker maybe, but that should be the first sign that they need to consider stopping (its an indication of dependance when you can't think of anything else, and having it settles your mind). Don't try it - your concentration will not ever be better after a cigarette than before one if you are not already highly addicted.

Omega 3 fish oils are meant to help, you can buy them in capsule form. They are advised for people with ADD/ADHD who have concentration problems

You share it with your best friend or the person whom you like a lot .And they should support you a lot ,or you should concentrate your self think of your future if continue like this .T

before going to bed, u just recall the followings,
1. what are all good things u did that day?
2. what are all the bad things u did?
3. how many persons u met?
just like this u recall day by day....

vitamin b helps me. but also some caffeine can help to. fish oil and omega three is good. fish like herring are high in omega 3.

burn the candle and just concentrate on the flames for atleast 5mins..
another think u can do it.. by doing YOGA..
