because I don't have a treadmill, and I don't like running outside.

but running in place is not fun so i end up stopping in about 5 minutes even though i have very high endurance/stamina etc.

So what exercise do you suggest I can do in my room.
my room is a cube 3meter in length/width on each side.

jump rope..

shadow boxing

jumping jacks

high kicks

push ups

jumping on the bed

dancing

jumping around to your favorite music

the best thing to do it just keep moving around change it around but have fun with it.

Try running through the house, I run from the front room through the kitchen around the hall way entrance about 10 times and I find it quite fun.

How about a workout DVD? I do Turbo Jam everyday. It's a great cardio workout and it doesn't take a lot of space to do it. Find one that you like and it should do the trick! Good luck!

apparently sex doesn't actually burn that many carbs, sex makes you loose weight because it stops you from craving certain foods
