What is snow level 2? I am in Michigan, USA, and I have never heard that term.

Where do you live that someone actually takes the time to announce snow levels?

You can drive in just about any snow or conditions. It's just not always smart. People are stupid and think their SUVs are indestructible. They aren't.

The biggest thing to remember in winter driving is take your time.
Slow down and take it easy. And only drive when you have to.
