No, honestly, I don't think it does. It's too wordy.

Here's one for you that is nice and simple:

"Love God, and love your neighbor as yourself."

In Zen buddhism, there is never a single "right" answer; the purpose of their sayings, their koans and their poetry is to make the acolyte think. Once you have figured out the "right" answer (in Zen terms), you have transcended the question and realize that what the question asked was never important.
