~ Only buy LOW FAT food - if you don't buy it - you can't eat it
~ You don't need to stop eating chocolate - but you do need to limit yourself to a small amount each day - or better still, every other day. That way you still have chocolate to look forward too.
~ EXERCISE will help burn calories. Fast walking until you are hot - means you are burning calories - and will lose fat rather than muscle (which is what happens when you diet with NO exercise.)
Good luck. I'm trying to do the same!

I know exactly how you feel! I got so dang sick and tired of yoyo dieting and between me and my friend I think we have tried everything you can think of! In comes Herbalife. You will not believe how great you feel and how when your body is being taken care of your weight comes off.
The plan I have is have a chocolate shake or slice of chocolate pie for 2 meals a day, then for the third meal I can have whatever I want! But what’s cool is I crave salads and stuff instead of junk food….which is good since I am a person that eats when bored, depressed or mad!
Here’s where the extra help comes in: I take tablets three times a day that is custom planned for my body and diet plan. Everything on this plan is all natural so I don’t have to worry about putting strange dieting chemicals in my body that can have dangerous side effects. Not to mention my free coach that comes with it! I have not only lost 20 pounds in a month and half but also a LOT of inches! And the energy level is outrageous! Even though I hate exercising I have found energy to do hobbies like rollerblading, ice-skating and riding a bike again!
I love sharing this with everyone I know so they can feel as good as I do. If you are serious about losing weight and want me to help, just let me know! Good luck!

If you are working two days a week that means you have the potential to exercise on three other days (and even weekends too). Take your baby out for a nice long walk and walk quickly. Try to eat a sensible, healthy diet. Exercise and diet will help you - if you feel you need a real kick start use Slimfast for a couple of weeks for two meals a day. Find a friend to go out with so you can gee each other up and encourage each other. Instead of chocolate have dried fruit or a smoothie.

When you get cravings it is probably because your body isn't getting everything it needs. You need to balance protein and carbs so you burn body fat but also don't get hungry or crave certain types of food.
If you are finding it difficult to lose weight - why not take a look at getting help with a shapeworks programme. I used it and I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks. It's simple. And you get help and support as you go!!

try switching to 70% cocoa (dark) chocolate - it's richer so you need less.
Green and Blacks is lovely, and the ones with fillings (eg mint) have even less fat!
You can always satidfy your sweet tooth with raisins, dried cranberries, licquorice and clementines.
Don't cut out all fat as you need some to burn fat, but eat the good stuff like nuts, avocadoes, homous etc.
Eat little and often, and make sure you get three portions of protein a day to stop you craving sweet things: ham, chicken (no skin), turkey, beans, cottage cheese, nuts, homous.
Excersize? boring! Unless you turn your favourite CD up to top volume, shut the curtains and have a good old knees up every couple of days! I highly recommend this.
Finally, speed up your metabolism with citrus fruits (lime, grapefruit, lemon etc) and chilli (invest in some tabasco), and drink lots of water, especially if your diet is high in fibre.
And treat yourself regularly!

I have a 10 month old, the amount of running around us mums do it should be dropping off!!
I have bran flakes for breakfast, slim fast for lunch and a small dinner, and also go to the gym 3 times a week this seems to be working for me, still got a stone to go though.
You just have to motivated and focused and remember what you want to look like before you put the next choclate bar to your lips.
Watch those calories........

balanced diet and exercises, the only sensible way. If you have to eat chocolate hang out all day make it a treat, have a small amount of something good like green and blacks organic make sure it's dark not milk ,as this is where most of the fat is.Take time to yourself when you can, a little pampering( sauna ,spa) feel good about yourself
