My weight is currently 240 lbs and my waist line is around 45 inches. My target date is before July this year and I want to lose at least 6 inches or more. Actually, I think the pounds don't really matter as long as they are not because of my fats.
How can I lose enough fats before my target date? Help please!

In order to successfully lose weight, you must know the facts below:

Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.

You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK.

You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.

Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.

You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

I know exactly how you feel! I got so dang sick and tired of yoyo dieting and between me and my friend I think we have tried everything you can think of! In comes Herbalife. You will not believe how great you feel and how when your body is being taken care of your weight comes off.
The plan I have is have a chocolate shake or slice of chocolate pie for 2 meals a day, then for the third meal I can have whatever I want! But what’s cool is I crave salads and stuff instead of junk food….which is good since I am a person that eats when bored, depressed or mad!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Lay flat on the floor put your feet on a chair , couch or whatever put your hands behind your head and touch your knees with you elbows do this everyday start out with 5 then add 1 every day by July you should have a great looking 6 pack

eat 5 smaller HEALTHY meals a day, exercise at least 45 minutes per day and use your common sense. It can be done.

exercise more than u eat. that should help. i done that myself. but dun get too happy and 4got your diet which i always do. get a lot of self dicipline to hv exercise almost everyday. and dun eat supper. and after u eat u should walk around. this should atop ur belly from growing bigger ang bigger.
