I am in the process of being seen for Recurrent Miscarriage Clinic. I got a letter saying that I needed a repeat blood test.
So I went today to do it, and asked what it was for. I was told Protein C ... I will be able to ask more questions at my appt with the consultant in March, but I was wondering if anyone know what protein C would be testing for?

Im more than likely getting the nerves you have from doing a repeat test...

Any info would be necessary...

Protein C is an enzyme the body normally produces to cause anti-coagulation -- i.e. to prevent inappropriate blood clot formation. In your case, a deficiency in protein C is something seen in women who have repeated miscarriages, so they're trying to see if that's the cause of your past incidences.

i'm no longer extremely particular what to inform you. i needed to grant my son vaginally, yet my OB advised me that I had a 'slender pelvis' and that is not person-friendly for my to grant vaginally because the toddler may get stuck. So in the previous i develop into even due she scheduled me for a C-section. i finished up going into not person-friendly artwork 3 weeks early and my Ob develop into on vacation journeys on the time. The docs on the health facility advised me that they did not see any reason i could not grant vaginally. so that they enable me flow all a thanks to 9cm, and then pronounced that my son develop into what they called 'sunny side up' and popping out the incorrect way. so that they rushed me in for an emergency C-section. even although I advised that what my docs orders were. I have under no circumstances heard of a 'slender pelvis' in the previous. i wager that is a possibility that you will be in a position of have a 'tilted pelvis' yet I particular have not heard about it in the previous. i imagine a lot of C-Sections are medically unnecessary and the perfect way for the hospitals to stay away from any regulation matches, in my view. i imagine in case you may have had a mid spouse you may have had a much extra perfect journey. They continually pick to keep your needs and needs first in line. yet i wager you under no circumstances comprehend. you should get some different evaluations about your 'tilted pelvis' each and each and every of the perfect to you!
