There are companies that put out FM Transmitters for MP3 players, basically you plug it into your MP3 player and car lighter and tune it to a frequency and it transmits the sound to about a 15 foot radius around your vehicle... Anyway, you tune your radio to that station, too, it picks it up, and you're good to go.
Best bet for one of those is to check the MP3 player's manufacturer's site and see if they have any FM Transmitters listed as accessories for your player. If not, try Amazon or NewEgg as they also sell them. You have to be careful, a lot of mp3 players have unique interfaces, so it's definitely NOT a one-size-fits-all peripheral.

No. But you can use this if you have an MP3 player....http://www.crutchfield.com/S-cwmI0sQwU5y/cgi-bin/prodview.asp?i=142FMMOD01
It's not wireless.
It feeds your audio signal from a headphone jack ( or RCA cables) by FM modulation, directly into the antenna input on your radio bypassing the antenna when on, allowing the radio to work as normal when off. It comes with an On/Off switch that can used or it can be replaced with a relay powered by the remote wire from the radio (if so equiped).
It basically adds AUX inputs to any radio. This is the answer. Totally versatile.
