When I was 18 and already pretty skinny, I thought I was fat. I used it and lost 10 pounds within days...trouble is.....1) I got really sick and started throwing up. 2) as soon as I stopped using it, I gained the weight back.

Worked for my husband who lost over two stone on having it twice a day for a month, then once a day - he's continued that for over two years now and really enjoys his Slimfast bar for breakfast. I occasionally have a shake for lunch too...

no .the only thing that works is healthy eating and exercise.all the others are just short term fixes once off them you put twice as much weight back on.

yes you will lose loads of weight over time then go back to normal food and put it back on again.you need to change your way of life to lose weight that you want to keep off.

yes it does iand i managed to keep the weight off but iwas so hungry on it so think its just starving ya body!!
