Take the pup to a vet. Sounds like he may have mange and he probably has worms. We can only guess, you need a vet to find out for sure what is wrong and treat the pup safely and effectively.

Hi, it sounds like he has worms. If he was a stray it is unlikely he was wormed at the times he should have been. The hair falling out, red spots and thinness are all symptoms of worm infestation and it is very severe at this stage. Please get him to a vets immediately they can die very suddenly if not treated. I have sadly seen it happen. He could also have mange as well as already suggested.

Could be reaction to fleas, or allergy to some of his food. Some other kind of skin disorder, so hard to tell. He needs a trip to a good vet. In the long run it isn't that costly, better to go now and not wait until it's a crisis.
You are to be commended for taking that poor little stray puppy in. You will make such a difference in his life, and I'll bet he will make you life nicer too. Animals brighten our days.
You sure brightened my day to know of you kindness.
Take Care, good luck.

Yes - totally normal. Your breasts are changing & getting bigger, which is stretching the skin. This is what causes the itching & the best cure that I have found for it is Palmers Cocoa Butter. I use 2 different kinds - the one in the tub (which is like a 'butter') I used for my belly & bum (you cant forget the bum... I didnt 'butter my bum' with my 1st pregnancy & that's the ONLY place I ended up w/stretch marks!) and they have one in a pump bottle that I used on my breasts & arms. Put it on EVERY day IMMEDIATELY after showering/bathing to seal in the moisture & make your skin the most resilient. It provides your skin with extra elasticity & minimizes stretch marks But it also HYDRATES your skin which will relieve the ITCHING (dry/stretching skin is what causes the ITCH!) GOOD LUCK

I suggest taking him to a vet, that would be the best course of action. By the sound of it, he has some sort of infection. I'm sure the vet could identify the infection and give you something for it.

Sounds like he has hot spots or allergies Take him to a vet, soon. If he has hot spots, he has a staff infection to go along with it. If he has allergies and is reacting that bad, you need to find out what's causing it and eliminate it.

That sounds ALOT like what my dog suffers from. Her poor immune system is causing a chronic yeast infection. You need to get it diagnosed though and go from there.
