i'm a dancer, but my teachers and colleagues have been telling me that my arms aren't strong enough to dance properly. i need to gain weight in my arms because right now they're too skinny to build any proper muscle off. haha. i don't want to take pills or anything, preferably just diet/exercise. and i don't want to gain too much weight in other areas if possible.
can anyone help me?

protein and carbs for your diet, for your arms do 60 push up per everyday, 20 in the morning, 20 in the afternoon and 20 before you go to bed.

Dipping. Close grip push-up (scorpions). Hard at first but after a while you'll get the hang of it. I, myself struggled at first but now believe it or not, I can easily go 20-25 reps for 7 sets for my warmdown (dipping)
