Oh dear, there's nothing quite like an old flame to spark off problems in your life-especially when there are unresolved issues.
How much tummy flipping was due to having had a few drinks as opposed to 'wow must have him now' flipping?
You need to be really honest with yourself at this point;
Do you actually love Mark or is it convenience and habit that keeps you together?
How would you feel if he disappeared of the face of the planet tomorrow?
Gutted? Or relieved that now you can see Paddy??
Are you ready for Mark to be the only man you ever have until you're dead?
How much of this attraction to Paddy is about being 19 again with no responsibilities?
Look yourself in the mirror and answer these questions honestly and go from there.
From what you've said you're only 22 ish so it's not like you're on the road to spinstersville if neither one works out.
And if it's about harking back to being 19 and you love Mark-tell him and do something about it-together!

Stick with Mark, he sounds like a nice guy. And remmember why you broke up with the paddy in the first place. What are you going to do drop everthing with Mark for the paddy, dont even think about missy. But you cant help how you feel!!! Just forget him and concentrate on mark

If you and Paddy were meant to be then you would be...Ask yourself.."if it did not work the first time..then how can it work the second time.." I had a couple of boyfriends before I got married and settled down, and till this day if I run into an ex..then my tummy flips..but take it from me...its got nothing to do with love..its more about shock..cos u dont really expect to run into your ex...i say stick with mark...good luck

Girl there was a reason you left i was in a situation like that once i loved my ex very much but after awhile all we did was argue and fight so i moved on without him and i moved away when i went to visit i saw him he told me he loves and he wants another chance to make things work. i think i still love him but i am madly in love with my boyfriend so i gave my ex a little test to see if he is still the same and he didn't change one bit it would have been like old times good for awhile and then bad for the rest. You know you want for yourself so do what is best for you.

Its not about material things.
but you obviously could not get along with the first guy for a reason thats why you broke up. and you must be happy with your bf now as you have lasted 2 1/2 years, personally I would forget paddy and stick to my loving lasting relationship. good luck x

Maybe you should take some "you" time. Take a weekend trip by yourself. (it does not have to cost a lot) That way you can remove yourself from the situation and think.
