There are so many facets of freedom. There's political freedom (democracy, Bill of Rights, the law) and then there's the freedom of self-determination (such as the new-found freedom you get when you go away to college).

Freedom to me is the ability to do whatever I want, but in the realm of rationality and responsibility. So is that freedom? I'm still conforming to something, to my own beliefs, to society, to family, to conscience... so in many ways, there's really no such thing as pure freedom, or at least, freedom without responsibility.

Freedom also, I think, is the ability to be okay with yourself, whether that be physically or mentally. For example, there's a new Dove Ad in which the slogan is something along the lines of the theme, Campaign for Real Beauty, in which women over 50, of all shapes and sizes are posing nude. To be that comfortable with themselves, free of the prejudices and stereotypes, and the idea that to be thin is beautiful, is really inspiring and free. Personally, I don't have those women's mentality. I have that mentality that if I'm thin, then I will be beautiful. I hate that I'm that way, but there you go.

I love to write news articles because I have the freedom of speech, The ones I enjoy most are new discoveries within the state, as well as feature articles that offer a broader perspective on the motto of the university community that I work for. When you are allowed to enjoy your job you have freedom, When you are allowed to gather information for articles you have freedom,
What if…When you are allowed to kill, Rape etc? What is it. that is freedom also
it has it good and bad point
in the family, in school, in refuge, in anything....freedom is a free will given to the main ACTOR

Kicking back after a hard days work and sitting down on a sofa in a house that I have paid off completely and owe nothing on. Ahh I can dream can't I? Okay that's financial freedom.

Freedom doesn't truly exist does it?

Try doing something different and then see how free we all REALLY are.

Everybody has to answer to somebody.

I believe freedom is something that will take your mind away and feel calm, relax, smooth and fearless. It is an aspect that doesn't exist in this world.
