Because your tired! Try to get some more sleep for a couple of nights and see how your eye feels. Also, try to limit the time you spend on the computer while you feel like that.
This is an old-wives-tale quick-fix, but it does work: wet your finger with your mouth and stick it to your eyelid for a minute. This will temporarily stop the jumping....you may have to repeat it a little while later.

Depends on what it's doing. if one eye is moving from center to side and back to center it could be a brain tumor. If it's just jiggling a little it's probably some type of eye strain. You might need new glasses, or you might have a vitamin deficiency.

could be eye strain go see an optician in case its summat more.good luckby the way i had it and if you look in mirror you actually can hardly see it happening but it feels bad.mine turned out to be over tired by the way.
