be more specific in what you are asking. Are you asking how does one bring up the relationship talk as in dicuss where you are in a relationship with a guy.. or are you asking how do you speed up a relationship?

Depends on what is your issue with the relationship. You question his level of commitment? You want to move in with him? You want to marry him? If you want to know what he thinks about marriage, you should ask that as soon as possible, because if you are looking for a husband, and he's not ready to marry, you're wasting your time.

Tell him what you want from him just be frank with him. Firts you ask him where does he want to take things and from then on you would know if you want to talk about a relationship or not.
