Does anyone know if there are any nurseries in the North East of England which are offering the free provisions for 2 year olds. I think it works out at about three mornings a week.

Not sure if different legislation is in place in the North East but down South the earliest you can get a free place is at 2.5 years. You have to live in a SureStart area for that. But even then it don't add up to 3 mornings a week.
