I dont know of any sites that allow this for free. It also depends on the state, as only 17 of the 50 are considered public information, where anyone is allowed to access the information.

Federal Privacy Act prevents anyone except law enforcement, insurance companies, or similar agencies from acquiring personally identifying information. By law, you shouldn't have access to it.
