I ride motorcycles and I have a relaxer on my hair, before I place the helmet on my heat I wrap a silk scarf around my head first. I never had any problems of hair loss or breakage.
For your problem it's probably the sponge in the helmet drying out your hair by soaking up the mositure.

So..
There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall and you need to find out which one exactly is responsible for the problem you are having now. Of course male pattern baldness is still the most common cause, but, for instance, if you are a woman things are deinitely different! This is the reason why you will need to really dig down and see the source of your problem.
Other causes of hair loss may include (both in men and women): severe mental or emotional stress, excessive use of coloring or bleaching agents, traction alopecia or excessive strain on the scalp due to braiding or corn rowing, hormonal changes, alopecia areata or hair loss due to autoimmune diseases, and many more. Each of these conditions will require a different approach in order to achieve success regardless of whether you're going to be using conventional or natural methods.
In my opinion it's much better to use natural methods as opposed to conventional ones, they're cheaper, have less to no side effects, and often more effective.
A good way of regaining your full head of healthy natural hair is well described on this guide: http://hairagain.toptips.org
Hope it helps.

Most hair loss is heretitary.
Stress can cause it.
Chemical burn can cause it,
Most of your body's heat leaves through the head. This is why it's recomended to wear a hat in the winter.
I raced Moto X 5 to 7 day's a week for 7 years all over Cali. in the 80's. My hair is fine. However my bro. has been bald for decades. from my fathers side of the family.
I would look for other reasons.
Reality is I can't say thats not the cause though.

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aOeth Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.
