Basically load in the electrical grid is the highest during the evening "prime time" when everyone is using every possible electrical device. As people go to sleep and businesses are closing, your voltage will raise few Volts translating in to a brighter light bulb. I assume you already measure the light intensity of the bulb, now measure the voltage every time you measure the light intensity and draw a graph, you will see that both are related to each other.

TIntensity is the wrong word. The brightness is the same. It just seems less so in the day because of ambient light around the bulb. It is easier to look at a bulb in brighter ambient lght then in low ambient light.

It's true. because

- Light is also a resistance (containg filment) or reactance (which includes the inductance or capacitiance or both)

- In any electric circuits reactance is voltge profile which generates some what volatage.

In network load main conideration, when load increases voltage distribution shoud be increases.

In afternoons we use all loads that means Ac, refigirators, fans so many. but in case of night time its some what low so load decreases which increases the efficiency ,then autometically intensity increases.

My wishes to you

may be that in late hours of night the electricity will be in minimum use than the day time. Most Govt offices and commercial complexes remains closed in late hours. So electric(ity) traffic is minimized and shared with remaining beneficiaries. it might be seen only as a short surge, while switching on the bulb ...
