Any meal can be romantic, it all depends not on the meal but the setting, If you have to do something quick, try something italian, or maybe French, or if you need something quick and simple maybe a stirfry (chinese)
This website has some good ideas, and I have attached a couple of others as well
http://allrecipes.com/recipes/holiday-cooking/valentines-day/main.aspx
Just by doing a general search on Yahoo you will find loads more.
Hope that helps

Boil the figs, walnuts, raisins, apricots, pine nuts in a large quantity of water. Cut the figs and apricots in four. Put aside 10 pieces each of apricots and figs, 20 pieces of walnuts and half the pine nuts. These will be used for decoration.
Pour the rest of the ingredients, including the butter, but not the milk, rosewater or starch, into the saucepan where the wheat is cooking. Boil for 15 minutes. Add the milk, the starch mixed with rose water, and boil for 3 minutes. Pour into dessert bowls, decorate with the nuts and fruit and serve cool.

Asparagus in Ginger and Satsuma Sauce with Heart Crisps
Ingredients
white potatoes
vegetable oil
asparagus
1 satsuma
ginger
Asparagus
Trim off the bottoms and put into a pan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and put on the plate.
Orange and Ginger Sauce
Chop a 1cm square piece of ginger into small cubes and place in a saucepan with the grated rind and squeezed juice of a satsuma.
Heat in the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sieve off the sauce and add 2 tablespoons to the asparagus.
Heart Crisps
Peel the potato then cut into thin strips. Cut the strips into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
Heat the oil in a frying pan until very hot. Carefully put in the potato strips and fry until golden brown, turning over so they cook on both sides.
When they are ready drain off the excess oil and pat off with kitchen roll.
Take care to make sure the sauce is kept to a minimum. If there is too much the ginger might be too strong and it may leak onto the crisps and make them get soggy.
