I am considering surgically removing a wart, i've tried so many remedies, and always comes back. I'd like to know how do i go about it? I have one on my hand and foot. And what is the price?

i have used liquid nitrogen from the dermotologist but didn't work, it might've made it bigger, it really didn't do anything, and i've bought a few over the counter stuff from drug store, and i've tried duct tape and banana and nail polish, and apple cider. The duct tape works kind of but it never fully goes away.

I do not about the price. but for the actual removal of a wart, the doctor injects a local anesthetic to numb the wart and area surrounding it. He will then use a scapel and mulitple other tools to carve the wart out of the skin. He will then more than likely burn the area where the wart was, or place wart remover inside the area, to ensure that all cells from the wart are killed. Afterwards he will apply a dressing to the area. Aside from the needle used to deliver the numbing medicine, the rest is completely painfree and well worth the trouble.

You do not necessarily have to get it surgically removed. they have bandages that go over plantar warts, and also a product called freeze away, that costs around 15 dollars. As for how much it would cost for them to remove it i couldnt tell you.

For those warts you would go to a dermatologist. For any type of wart or growth they will always do a biopsy to see if it is cancerous, and they will do different types of procedures depending on the test results. The most common procedure for warts is liquid nitrogen, which freezes them off.

There is a wart remover you can buy at a local drugstore however if it's in the face it is not allowed caused it burn it so i go to to a derma where they have a tool sort of burning it with electricity cause u can see the violet "arcing" of electric current and smell of burning flesh. after 1 week the skin residue will just peel of. It usually comes back because of your pillow as mine after a long while.
