You can't learn telepathy. It's something you're either born with or not, and not one person who claims to have it can prove it. So, good luck. You'll need it.

you know everyone is telepathic, and why would i say a dumb thing like that, simple. you have to radios that you can send and receive, think of the mind of being like that and the simple part of it if they did not have radios they could not hear you.
being telepathic is a state that most people don't like so i don't use it very often.
you'd be surprised how often people do use it most people are not aware that they are using it.
