well to tell you frankly, yahoo answers is kinda addictive... i myself is having a problem lately (unfortunately, i am at work), but the thing i am doing is.. i am logging out and try to focus on the desk and all the work loads on it.. everytime my colleagues passes by, i am throwing them some questions i read from yahoo and keeping them in mind, i am actually trying to finish my works asap to get back to yahoo answer asap too.
inshort, encourage her to do the chores while atleast, try to communicate with her as much as possible about what the questions are like in this yahoo web, then try to give her some answers and even suggest some questions then, asure her she can add it up/ or she can apply it up to her 'yahoo time' later on after the chores. Dont just tell her to stop or else she'll feel more obsessed about it.

1) Why do you do it?
2) It's a way to escape from stuff that teenagers/ children find boring- homework, housework etc.
3) It's addictive.

Shes young, shes pretty. she doesn't want to be tied up in housework at this age...plenty of time for that when she is older and is married. A whole lifetime in fact !!!
