God does not stay in Heaven. He stays amongst us. The place where he stays becomes a Heaven automatically that is full of love and compassion.

Jesus said he would never leave us or forsake us.
well? actually he said he would never leave his disciples.
but the question is does JESUS ever visit the planet. OH YES. he says he comes like a thief in the night, not necesarrily meaning the second coming, because when he comes the second time, or more precisely at the end of days, He will Come with a shout of the trumpet and IN GLORYwith all the holy angels.
and ive been told by Glenn Kimball that historicall manuscripts often said Jesus visits again and again. In fact Jesus promises that he and His FATHER would visit certain People if they completed the specific requirements.
I know and believe I saw Jesus visit me in a glorious vision. I also know I didnt get to examine his hands and feet like the disciples did after jesus was resurrected. but that it is still possible.
so jesus as one of the godhead does not stay in heaven, but he has often visited the people on earth, but NOT like a man traveling on the road.

God stays in the minds of those who believe in his existence, heaven is simply that no place where believers place God, since if god was placed in a real place, it would have been easy to realize that his sit is empty.

Realised souls in India say that god stays everywhere not in any specific place like heaven. His presence can be seen / realised by those who can learn to travel within (shunning all that they seem to see the external things through their senses) to 'see' Him.

Why not. The bronze age sages did not know better. They tried to put god out of reach. Favourite places among bronze age religions(Christianity and Islam both being children of Yahweh) are mountain tops, clouds, volcanoes, the sky etc. If we really want to be modern and up to date we should find that god lives in a black hole. Now that's really inaccessible. God has moved. After he run out of mountain tops caves volcanoes clouds and of late his is running out of heaven, he moved to a black hole.

Who really knows how big God is. But the point is that God made the universe and if someone were to see him they would die. But God has made a provision called Holy Spirit.
