Long story short, I like this guy. We have the same volleyball class now. My friends have often caught him looking at me, and I feel as if he's watching me when I'm near him. He's even struck up a conversation once or twice. Here's the thing though, when I'm near him, I freeze up real fast and have no idea what to do. What should I do?
High school blows. And he's a junior and I'm a freshmen.

If you can manage to smile and say 'hi' to him every time you meet him, then you will make him more comfortable talking with you. And once he starts talking with you, then him asking you out for a date won't be that far away.

You just have to encourage him and let him know that you welcome his attention, and then he will do the rest to make friends with you.

Just try to go to a place that is not so stressful...strike up a conversation, you will know after awhile if he is interested or not...

Buy him a cup of coffee sometime and talk...
Just relax and be yourself. He likes you.
