You must have Windows Vista Ultimate to get Dream Scene. If you do, then simply do a Windows Update and you will see the option to download it. If you don't have the Ultimate version, then you can't download the software at this time.

Install
1. Download, unrar
2. Run DSx86.msu to install, restart if needed
3. Right click on desktop --> Personalize --> Desktop background

You can download the vista from the "www.isohunt.com", just open the site and search the "Windows vista", so many links will be there, download the best u want and to open the ".rar" extension files, use win rar to open them.

u need to buy the original software package from franchise stores of windows.it wont be available on internet since upcoming and new.
