hello, broken hearts always heal, and perhaps your broken heart is a sign that the person you were with is not worth your good feelings so they loose and you will go on to find your true love, love takes time and someone who really loves you will always be there when times are bad, they will see you at your worst and they will still love you, and be there for you, then you will have found true love, but for now do something that makes you happy and feels good, your day will come. best wishes.

Get on the phone to all my girlie's, slag of men till it makes me feel a little better, organise a girlie night out , eat loads of chocolate, go shopping and buy stuff to make me feel better, have a day indoors in my pj's and have a good cry.
Do at least 3 of these things in no particular order believe me it helps. It gets better in time but while the wound is still raw allow yourself special treats and surround your self with people that you love and trust.
All the best x

first you have to understand you will need to heal and there is a process everyone recovers differently. as everyone loves in different depths and some more powerfully. Just let yourself be and if you want to cry . then cry and let it out. Go about your daily routines and there will be days you wil think of him. but in time things heal. don't try to mask it or rush in recovery you could have a relapse later over something you see or reminds you of him and you haven't given yourself enough time becausse you were trying to block the pain. just let things flow normally you will know in time when your over it.

BONE someone else!!!!

to get over someone - you get UNDER someone - its a sure fire way!!

disclaimer - unless you are below the age of consent or a devout Christian and your not married - if this is the case then please do NOT bone anyone, play on your playstation or talk to the Lord for comfort!!!

I would try and get all my friends together and get them to cheer me up and tell me I am better off without that person who broke my heart. I would try and keep busy and try and stay positive and think of the times when he or she really annoyed me. Its not easy getting over a broken heart but keep searching as you will probably find someone new.

try not to think about him, do what you can to keep your mind off him. dont sit around go out keep busy hang with friends people who will have you laughing. if someone breaks your heart there not worth your tears.... it hurts now but it gets better as every day goes by.

Lock yourself in your room for about 30 minutes, scream in the pillow till you turn blue, box your fists against a boxing bag until they go numb, cry your heart out till your tears dry up and then.....

Go for a facial, manicure, pedicure, full body massage, buy yourself a new outfit, a new pair of shoes, (retail therapy always works for me!) have your hair treated, basically spruce yourself up, pull yourself together and paint the town red with some good ole girlfriends! x x
