But when the girl after this incident said that she is love with him and asked for marraige, he said thanks, then said sorry i cannot, then when asked for marraige said that he should think for some three reasons, i should think, ask, and tell you, as he is abroad has not yet told, and says that he will tell when he comes back. what does this mean??

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. But I think it means that he doesn't love you. He needs time to think about being married to you. If he could find at least 3 reasons for him to marry you, he'd tell you when he came back. But I think he just doesn't want to be with you. Sorry...
