I have recently moved my full grown adult spayed cat 1,800 miles across the country. She was prior an indoor cat at an appartment with another cat. Now, she has had the freedom to roam around, and be outside for the last four and a half months. We will be moving back to the same appartment that we lived in, and she will be there with the other cat. Will I have a tough time getting the cat to adapt to it's new enviornment? If so, what can I do to help ease the process?

No, I don't think it will be difficult. I had a cat that was almost feral, hunted and fed herself. We had to sell the country house where she grew up (she was well over 10 years old at the time) and I thought she could never live indoors.

To my great relief, she became a perfect housecat. No behavior problems, didn't seem to miss being outside at all.
