Yeah but if you are not extending your sword hand how am I to know that you do not intend to stab me with your sword or knife.
That is where shaking hand originated from. The clasping of sword hands to show there was no hostile intent. And It was the clasping of each others forearms not hands because of people not being as clean back then as they are now and there was no toilet paper back then either.

Uh, germs are everywhere.
Public bathrooms and dining-in at restaraunts is far worse than shaking hands with someone.
Germs are apart of life, there's no getting around them, so you might as well get used to the ones you are forced to come in contact with.

Yeah, Men and Women do masturbate. Its natual. But even worse, is handling money. Money (dollar bills) public phones, cell phones (most people do not clean there cell phones. I clean mine weekly with alcohal pad) probably carries the most germs of all things.
BTW: I wash my hands all the time with anti-bacteria soap, even after I masturbate :-)

Yep...I would rather noone offer me their hand. Otherwise it is rude not to shake hands. I do carry hand sanitizer around with me so if I happen to shake someone's hand, just wash it afterwards when they're not looking. lol n
