If she bit your tongue off, odds are that you either weren't doing CPR appropriately, or she didn't need it.
When CPR is done right, your tongue should not be in her mouth. It's going to be hard to sue her for your mistakes. Also, unless you are being forced to perform CPR, you did it of your own choice, and thus took responsibility for any and all risks involved.
Being that the vast majority of people needing CPR don't survive, who are you going to sue, a corpse?
In the United States, you can sue for anything. That doesn't mean it won't get thrown out by the judge, and you will be responsible for court costs.

Your tongue should not have been in the victim's mouth. That is not required when you do cpr. You blow air in to their lungs you don't french kiss them. So you weren't doing it right and she only bit off your tongue because it was a involuntary reaction due to shock.

Before you get familiar with someone, you should ask them if slipping them the tongue is ok. Otherwise, your tongue should be in no position to get bitten when provifing CPR. Next time, cary a shield to give CPR.

No let it go. Next time u will do it the correct way, without your tongue. It must have come in the way and blocked the air reaching her throat, poor girl was choking and badly in need of the air. Forget it. It was not pre-meditated. The poor girl was struggling, betwen life and death, for some air, and your tongue came in between. U can't hold her responsible in that condition.

This is kind of hard to believe that someone bit it off. But if this is the case and you have no tounge what do you feel. Is she or he alive to help you to deal with this. Are you angry or is this just a joke to see what kind of responses your going to get.

That's surprising. Usually when someone wakes up after CPR, the first thing they do is vomit.
