My mom has bad arthritis and I can go straight to the spot where it hurts.
My little brother get throat sores and I can easily massgae them away.
My hands produce a lot of heat yet they don't sweat -
Therapeutic heat
I can sense a flaw in someone aura, which I somehow know where the pain is.
Why can I tell if someone is thinking or staring at me?
Is my power getting stronger?
I train to improve only.

i dont know how but dont let this gift go.. i mean practice it and work on it.. I seem to have lost alot of my gifts and Im trying so hard to get them back.. just keep doing it.

I really think you and your family believing that you have such powers is what gives you that power. The power of suggestion. It's not hard to figure out where people are hurting when they have arthritis. And lots of people have warm hands. My fiance's hands are always warm and soothing but he doesn't think he has healing powers. If you think you do, then go ahead and think that, but I wouldn't expect others to believe you so easily.

As you know there are may spiritual gifts mentioned in the Bible. One of them is of healing. This may well be that which you have. Try not to test your gift so much rather act and pray in faith. These r free gifts on the way. One need not get caught in it and move further ignoring it.
At every higher level of spiritual growth, higher abilities r provided.

As you keep working with it it gets stronger and you get more abilities.
If there is anything i could recommend appart from that it would be simple awareness meditation - sit still and see what happens...

This is the healing power of God. I can do the same thing, but I can sense emotional pain. Jesus massaged a man who couldn't walk. The man, after Jesus massaged him, rose up and walked! I talk to a pastor in Christ who believes in the "laying on of hands". They can guide you and help you.
