Diem meum facis is "You make my day"

Diem meum facit is "He (or she, it) makes my day"

The facis/facit forms are from a verb that means more like to build, construct, create, work, function, produce, etc. You might want to consider

Diem meum imples

imples - fill up; satisfy, fulfill; fill, finish, complete

Diem meum beas

Beo means bless, enrich, make happy, which is what 'make' means in this context. You could also use fortunas in place of beas, as it also means to make happy, bless.
