Since you asked this in Biology and not Religion & Spirituality I'll assume you're after a non-religiously biased answer. I will note though that human civilisation pre-dates most popular modern creation myths.
Basically, there is no way of knowing. There is a very fine line between species during evolution so it's pretty much impossible to tell. It's likely that the first closest-to-us human being was born to slightly less close parents who wouldn't have noticed the difference.
Some people are touting Mitochondrial Eve as the first human. This is not the case. M.Eve is simply a theorised closest identifiable ancestor, not the first human. M.Eve theory specifically details that other humans were around before and during her life.

nobody will ever be able to tell you that for sure..its an open ended question some say Adam but thats people with religious background others will say a monkey woman in Africa thats people that want to believe that personally i think we arrived here much like all species and plants we evolved from a single celled creature that took millions of years to develop to human status.. and we were on all continents just because they find a monkey that millions of years old doesn't mean its our ancestor..it could be that we are in the primate family but being our ancestors ill never believe it.. Its like calling a wolf a dog..not going to go over to well with people that know the difference ..As for the bering straight therory and such thats a bunch of crud.. There were humans that developed on every continent long before anyone has found remains of anything humanoid. They haven't found anything concrete to really be substantiated to say where or when humans were formed..They have records of humanoids back several millions of years but i assure you that they were here longer ago than that .. and on all continents..I have always been a big fan of being seeded from another planet or perhaps being a prison planet much like Australia was a prison continent but there are lots of theories but im not a big monkey ancestor fan although there are lots of people that believe it i just dont buy it..

Our Creation stories are that. Stories, but they tell us things that are true in a spiritual way. I have heard there have been blue-skinned people and copper-skinned people on our world. Myself, I think the brown-skinned people, from India and the surrounding areas are the orginal race for this planet. Our Sun turns peoples skin brown.
And I'm a white man.

No one originated in the earth atleast no human, although the genesis myth says god made Adam from dust the oldest evidence of modern humans pre-dates when the Adam and Eve story was set.

Different religions have different answers.
Since you ask this in a science forum, I will give the science answer...which is 'no one knows'.
There is no way to determine who or where the first human was...and it really is a question that does not make sense.
It is like asking 'who was the first person to speak english...and who did they talk to?"
