just take a diary ......write ur feelings......about those alonely hours .........what ever u feel about her every day......every moment .....
present those notes with ur gift..........(dont forget to put the date and time when u write)...

this is a case of keep it simple, send lots of little love notes, have flowers delievered to her at work, write little love poems or even dedicate songs to her. Telling her is simple but she can't look in your eyes to see if it's true so you have to suppliment that with alot of little things that will show your feelings and that you are always thinking about her
