Our weakness is we do not know what we should pray for but the Holy Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with words which we cannot utter (Rom 8:26). The best way to pray is to pray in the Spirit or in other words in tongues, allowing the Holy Spirit, who knows God's will for us, to pray through in us for all things. This is why Paul in Ephesians 6:18 exhorts us to PRAY ALWAYS with all prayers and supplication in the Spirit. Do this and all things will work together for the good of you who love God and are called acording to His purpose (Rom 8:29).

Everything is heard by God, but I pray as if I am talking to Him. I am a very casual prayer... I would probably get kicked out of some churches lol. It goes like "Hey God, my new pants aren't as comfortable as I thought they would be, silly me. Whats up in Heaven? Well I am a lil stressed over the fact I have hardly any time to clean the house b4 my guests come over, can you help me relax? Cool, thanks for everything"

Be real. Have respect. And humbleness before a God who created you, loves you, and died in your place for the cost of your sin...
He desires a relationship with each of us and prayer is a part of that - talking to Him... the other part of a relationship is listening -by reading His word (the Bible)...
We understand Him more... we know How to talk to Him... but that takes effort and commitment like any relationship.
God's committed... what about you?

All prayer is heard by God and answered. You don't always get the results you want but your prayer is answered. When a father tells hi son no it is an answer.

Ask with simplicity
Seek with intensity.
Knock with persistence.
Just make sure it's heart-felt. God will always hear your prayers.

in a sitting position with the palm of your feet close to your face as if you're using it as a phone. I can't do that so I can't talk to God.
