What prison is the best one in indiana to be sent to in order to get "time cuts"? What is the earliest you can start time cuts, and usually how much time do they cut? Does it depend on what program you take? Just anything you know about the system will be of great help.

The standards for time off the sentence is the same for all adult facilities for the IN Department of Corrections:

6 months for completing a GED
1 year for a HS diploma
1 year for an Associate's degree
2 years for a Bachelor's degree.

I can't remember what the maximum amount that can be earned through the above programs. I think it's 4 years, but, like I said, I can't remember and my standards are at work.

How long will depend on whether you decide to testify against him on the grounds of domestic violence. There are all kinds of issues of how you are able to look after a baby of six months if you cannot move about too much until the bone heals. Tell the cops and then get a restraining order against him. Just tell yourself that you are NOT doing this because he cheated on you, you are doing this because he attacked you and broke a bone in your leg after knocking you down by pushing you in the face. Oh yeah, one last thing. No matter how much he pleads with you not to shop him to the cops, that he will change his ways and be a better person for it, that he loves you and will take care of you, DO NOT BELIEVE IT. DO NOT feel threatened or intimidated by him. He has attacked you and the next time he will find it easier. In the UK, there are far too many cases where a boyfriend went on to kill a child because it cried too much. You do not want this to happen to your baby.

Dear God you are blinded by love. Let me give you a glimpse of your future. If you continue to have relationships with these kind of people you can look forward to a life of being abused, used, addicted to one drug or another, having to exchange sex for drugs, living in miserable conditions, having children that you will negelect, jail yourself, being raped, beat nearly to death, running from the police, risk of suicide, and on and on and on...
Prison does not change people, it only confines them for a period of time. Your prison boyfriend statistically will escalate his criminal behavior until his is 35, at which time it should level off and as he progresses into his 40's his criminal involvement will start declining.
So this means the more your exposed to him and his friends the more involved you become in crime and your involvement will follow behind his...so cut your losses move on with someone who is not a loser!!!! I know I just wasted my time typing this to you and you think everyone is setting him up. I see this everyday and it is disgusting how stupid people can be, unfortunately this includes you.

by the time he gets out, his cellmate will have stretched his butthole so far apart, his farts will make the same sound as when you go of a balloon while blowing it up.

Oh, but I'm sure he's "dreamy"....

Seriously, kid. Find yourself someone who can take better care of you. Prison rats are worthless, and you probably deserve better.

Well it has alot to do with him ...the effort he puts to proove that he deserves "time cuts" if you are reffering to early parole but since i dont know the facts I can only say that if he applies himself well and shows progress on paper record than he has a better chance ...good luck
