i want to wear sleeveless clothes, but my arms are not slim...
so, help me...Advise me some exercises...

Unfortunately, you can't target a specific site on your body to slim: you just have to burn fat, period, until you meet your goal for your arms.

Distribution of fat on the body is controlled by the liver, so it might be that the first pounds you gain show on your arms rather than somewhere else. If this is the case, they'll likely be the last pounds you lose, too. Toning muscles isn't a bad idea, since muscle burns calories while resting, which contributes to overall fat burning, but arm exercises alone will do very, very little. A program of regular cardio exercise (as intense as you can maintain, 3-4 times a week for 30-60 minutes) and reduced calorie intake will soon do the trick.
