I think that they should allow them to have a license. Since there going to be driving anyways, If maybe they had a license more might get insurance. I think it is sad for those that have insurance and some who is illegal and does not have insurance then your s---- t out of luck. They are going to keep driving there here one way or the other and need to live so there going to drive no matter what.

If they are illegal aliens, then they are here without permission. So why would we allow them to have licenses?? Thats just like saying "Hey, you broke the law, but we forgive you anyway".
That would cause more illegal aliens. And who wants that?? Only other illegal aliens.
They need to become legal. That's it. That's the law.

To get a license to operate a motor vehicle in a state, any state, you have to be a resident of the state. If you are illegal, you are not, by definition, a resident of the state. That is why you have to show proof of residency and a social security card to get a license.
Take it a step further, to give them equal footing, why not give all illegals a checking account to use, with a beginning balance, taken from your account? It is TOO the same thing.

the first thing illegal aliens did when they came to this country was break the law. Are you suggesting we reward law breakers with american privelages?
So do you think illegal aliens should be able to vote? I mean if all they need to do is show a drivers license, why not let them decide who represents us?
Better yet, the day they cross the border ILLEGALLY, lets give them instant citizenship! I mean, why not reward law breakers?!
NOOO!! They do not deserve licenses. They BROKE THE LAW coming to this country in the first place, they should not be treated as americans, they should not have american rights, they should not have american privelages. We have a legal system for them to use to enter this country, if they ignore the LAW once, do you think they arent going to do it again?
There are immigrants that dont want to break the law, and file for citizenship LEGALLY, and they should not be treated worse then those who hop a fence or a boat.

Are you for real ??? If these people are illegal there is a reason for it!!! A dui or worse and they should not be driving . What they need to do is if this person is caught driving they need to lock them up for a couple of years.We let the crap out way to early they need to sit a rot. I'm tired of the criminals have more rights then they victims. And as for getting insurance if they had a lic.I want some of the drugs your on . Cause that world looks way better then the real one
