Are you trying to get investigated by Homeland Security. Why the hell do you need one? Are you a terrorist? I think you are.

Havent seen oceans 11.. BUT...

An electronic magneto wired in series to 2 HEI GM coils (cars) to 110 AC worked for me blew out all electronics i had in my garage in 29 palms once.. and made the pole trasformer humm like a catholic school girl.. burnt a hole in the cement floor too.. it fried a VERY good digital meter that wasnet even connected to anything to as well as fried my boom box (again no connections)
I calculated the rough voltage estimates at well over 4 million VAC

lasted about 7 seconds... I'm actually suprised it didnt fry me to tell the truth in retrospect

I was intentionaly attempting an EMP thingy (OK so i'm odd sue me) I dont recommend it...
