I have light blonde hair. I thought about dying it a different color for fun. Everyone says no don't do it. I have never had a different color what color would be good? Will I be sorry? What will it be like to look in the mirror?

It's your hair, I say go for it. I was a blonde for 28 years, then started dying it shades of red and brown, it looked good. It just depends on your skin tone.

It will be different looking at yourself in the mirror until you get used to it. The best thing would be to do a patch test like on the underside of your hair to test the color and see if you like it before you do your whole head. :)

I'm a natural level 7 ash blond (pretty blond) and I switch from blond to red and back every now and then. Red fades very easily. The darkest I've dyed it is a very dark auburn. It eventually faded to a strawberry blond. I then had it bleached back to a blond. After a while I could match my roots and go natural.

Good color depends on skin tone. Going brown is safe. I suggest going to a professional. If you're worried, go try on wigs for fun. Just beware of black (it's hard to remove). If you hate the color it gets dyed you can always get it fixed. It's just hair, it's not permanent!

Play with hair color! It's fun!

if you are serious, dye it a reddish color first and the a light brown over the red and with conditon being applied threw all this dying you will have a pretty color. now let the red stay in about 3 wks to 4 wks and then the light brown, then med the dark ( the fun will be pretty) or go to the beauty shop

I have dyed my hair almost every color in the natural spectrum and I loved every single one. My personal favorites were the reds, however. If you have light colored eyes, red will really bring them out and make them appear brighter.

i in my opinion like organic elegance, all the way. So, i'm no longer a large fan of hair dye, or something like that. besides the undeniable fact that, I completely understand anybody who needs to alter their look, and each now and then this is a lot of exciting too. i've got even highlighted my hair earlier, so this is a robust time for a metamorphosis, yet i wouldn't in any respect choose for to maintain something up like that long term by using fact i'm too L-A-Z-Y. :P

I have brown tresses and I have Blonde highlights. Possibly you should try lighter blonde, it might look better than brown, dark brown just looks kind of trashy.

Exactly why is everyone with blond, why can't you just have jet black hair with some blonde or blonde curly hair with some jet black hair. Today you don't have to choose.
