I really like this guy, and he's really cool, and I think he likes me too, at least i know he used to, but i went to a party this weekend and he seems so desperate. This really immature girl was flirting with him and he took it, probably just because hes desperate. He's gone out with about three girls from the same immaure group. I want to rescue him from liking younger girls and make him grow up a bit. How would i go about this!?

Maybe he took it because he likes her. He may be rather immature himself if he is dating immature girls. After all dating three already is a big signal. Anyway you can't make him grow up...that isn't your job. If you like him, let him know. Maybe instead of watching other girls flirt with him, you can go up to him and talk to him yourself and show him how a more mature female behaves. He may not really have any idea that you are interested. Again though, don't expect to make him grow up, you cannot change anyone, they have to change on their own.

I don't think he is that desperate...he sounds like every other adolescent male in the world...hormone controlled!!...he likes younger girls because they get all giggly when an older boy comes calling and he probably feels it is easier to pick up these younger chicks. Remember, guys think in black and white...they see what they are looking for and go and get it...he sees these younger girls and notices their receptiveness to him, and voila!...you should just show some interest in him, that is be forward with your flirtatiousness...show him that you want him...he'll come around quick enough!!

Tough to answer b/c I don't know how old you two actually are. Us guys, we don't ever want to grow up...we want to have fun! It's tough to get us to calm down, but the right woman can do the trick. Take him out on exclusive dates...just you two. Do that frequently, but don't consume all his time b/c guys want a girl that they can hangout with, but also gives them space so they can hangout with their boys!
