Then all of a sudden they say u need glasses to see, when people wears glasses to see, does that mean they have weak eyes?

Not weak eyes, but unhealthy eyes. It says unhealthy because there are many factors that make the sight function becoming less to see either far or near view.

yes this means it is time for you to start wearing glasses.
It does mean that the eyes are weak and thing a person sees are not very clear and thus hazy, making it necessary for a person to wear glasses to correct his vision

Well, it means that your eyesight is not stable and it'll probably get worse over time
