What are the advantages and disadvantages of using facial massager? How often should I do facial massaging? I am 35 y.o.

mmmm there is no disadvantage...facial massages are great for everything including stress relief. You can't hurt yourself with a massager so enjoy!

Disadvantages: They do not work. Really. But if you love doing them and makes you relaxed then go for it.
