without creating a problem? you probably won't But who said life was fair?I know a female that tells others she is bi-polar; but her "meltdowns"/bad relapses do not get any better; because although she acknowleges the problem....she is not doing anything(medication) about the problem...so her meltdowns/freak outs are not being properly taken care of and are only causing more problems/pains

Unless you are a doctor there is no way you can know for sure someone is bipolar. Bipolar is something that needs to be diagnosed by a doc as many other things can mimic bipolar.

Bi-polar disorders should be diagnosed by A DOCTOR! Seeing as how you can't spell, what makes you think you know enough to offer medical advice?
