Also how is the tissue making process?(not the ones in our body,but the ones we use to wipe stuff)

Depends on the quality. In France, they take sheets of wax paper and cut them into smaller square, then package them as facial tissues. In Mexico, they shred up cardboard and roll it into paper with noxious glues.

With Charmin Ultra Soft tissue, they grind up goose down feathers and blend it with Egyptian cotton and virgin wood pulp to make fluffy and soft, yet durable facial tissues.
